Honda Civic 2019 Jerking at slow speed

Dear friends.
I recently bought a used Honda Civic 2019 UG. As claimed by seller its only 69k millage but as per mechanic (other than Honda owned workshops) its more than 100K. Anyways I went to a mechanic for check up. He changed engine and transmission oil and all filters including gear oil filter small one too. Changed all four spark plug coils to original (kabli)as he said already installed are chinese and two of them are missing spark. Even after cleaning spark plugs and engine tune, still car gives small Jerks while we move at slow speed of 20-40km with soft foot. He is unable to find the problem. Finally he told me to drive with heavy foot for next 500 km and it will be resolved as gear oil built its pressure but I'm not convinced. Please help in sorting this problem. Is it coz of dirty fuel injectors or dirty fuel pump or catalytic converter or anything else. Please advice I'm from Lahore.

Visit project X for a better anaylsis.
Reading from what has happened, i would suggest get the fuel pump and filter changed

Put hi octane, drive for a week and observe. Seems like fuel injectors might be clogged due to bad fuel

Thanks. Please share address of project X. Also as read in other blogs, do you think damaged engine mount can be one of the reason. Although I didn't check it. Else dirty fuel pump, dirty catalytic converter or clog in fuel injectors can be the reason. Although I think if fuel pump or injectors or catalytic converter is the reason than it should do the same at acceleration pick up too.

Please advice as I already spent hefty amount on it.

Thanks for your advice. I already filled half tank with High Octane and half with normal fuel. Its fuel average is also around 11km. Do you think changing engine mount will help as I have checked it as yet.
As it jerks between the speed of 20 to 40km. Do you think cleaning fuel injectors or cleaning of fuel pump or cleaning of catalytic converter will help.
Please advice

Just replace fuel pump and filter.
