Honda Civic 2019 Noise issue

AOA. i bought the car 1.5 years ago, When I drive with light foot a “kharrrrrrrr" sound comes from the car. Does anyone know what it might be? Noise is not too loud and only comes on light foot i have changed the tensioner several times but never bought the OEM one. bought kabli or new chinese and the issue never resolved. it only happnes between 1500-2000rpm only on light foot. never happend when i push the car harder. and after around 2200 rpms the noise just disapeared.Please if anyone faced the same issue, do let me know. i got my car checked with several mechanics, none of them understand everyone has a different statement, some are saying compressor issue, some are saying tensioner issue, some are saying engine mount issue and some are saying might be with the exhaust. i cant change all of them, so please anyone of you if faced the issue and resolved it. your help will be highly appreciated.

Is it confirmed that sound comes from engine? Or it comes from engine bay while driving ?

If while driving, then it can be Play in Axles, or a bad ball joint, or bad bushing, a bad mount etc. Need to jack up the car and check its whole suspension. Does the car vibrates when this sound is coming ?

If you have changed the tensioner then this is engine oil mount issue.
Get it replaced.

Btw chinese tensioner also do not last long but since you said the noise never went away then its the mount.

Dont put kabli or chinese, they will work for a few weeks only.
Use only genuine honda mount otherwise let it be like this.

Its from engine bay…. It might be the engine mount but i got it replaced from another car at home just to check but the noise is still there. Its just at light foot low rpms from 1500-2000 and then after 2200rpm noise disappeared. All suspension work done from hona including axles. There is not a single suspension sound even on bumps even my car is sitting on Teins lowering springs. The noise is from engine bay. My guess is either the mount(but its replaced from a 2021 civic which had no noises) or the tensioner.

Its either tensioner or the mount

My car has the same grinding noise between 2000 to 2500 rpm.
It goes away past 3000 rpm.

Havnt changed anything cz it will come again after a few thousand kms

Its a manufacturing fault

Ensure nothing is loose or vibrating, such as exhaust heat shield. One car, I had the hood prop plastic break. The hood prop was vibrating.

Check your wiper cowel and similar items for vibrations.

Get all bolts and sheet beneath engine tightened. Ut may be some loose bolt
