Dear there is nothing like TUNING THE CAR for modern efi vehicles. Tuning is usually done for carburetor vehicles but since people know much about the technicalities, our mechanics exploit this as leverage for undue gains. So next time dont spoil your money for TUNING your car.
Your question, well it can be many things. Start off with the fuel rail and injectors. Get them checked, if injectors are clogged or leaking fuel, both mileage will reduce and performance will be affected. Secondly get the fuel pump assembly checked. If the fuel pump is not maintaining appropriate pressure, which is around 42-48psi at 2000 rpm, the ECM will widen the injector pulse width which will reduce your mileage considerably. Get both the fuel filter and restrainer filter checked and change if necessary. Lastly do check the fuel tank for rust / debris. Keep your fuel tank and fuel lines clean so that the injectors dont clog up and fail ultimately. Fill your tank with fuel from good service station and enjoy. Use high octane along with regular fuel so that the fuel system remains happy

My hi-beam bulbs are due and i am considering to install LED. Low beams have rallyvision

Well i have some cheap chinese LEDs imported from china for low beam, installed in projector housing. For high i'm using the regular bulbs. Quality of the LED is reasonable, if you find something good it'd b nice. My plan however is to change the current setup. I'll buy a good HID kit for my projectors as low beam and use the LEDs or philips xtreme vision as high

boys last day car did wonder.. i traveled 100 km in 500 rs of fuel. journey also included hill climb uptill high-land and occassionally AC usage ..

MashaAllah that is very good mileage! Any recent work done on car which achieved this or it has been always like that? as someone above is getting very bad mileage and it may help him

sorry i mean't throttle body servicing/cleansing when i wrote tunning
also can any one give estimate of headgasket replacement and things to consider/take care when doing this
finally my car is probably due for headgasket change as its giving bubble in radiator and very slight mixng of mobile oil
performance wise there are no issues does not heat up or lag however fuel consumption is worrysome since i faced a car heatup few months back and the car did not show any sign of failed gasket at that time and most mechanics didnot reccomend me to go for a head gasket replacement and even now they don't since there's no aparent drop in mobile oil level just slight mixing or bubbles in radiator
the only reason is that i want to switch back to thinner oil and to improve fuel average
but many people say bhai yeh gari karti hee 9-10 hai mix local/highway drive mai

I went yesterday for tyres and even though both japan tyres and discount tyres said one day ago that fresh Michelin are available but when i went there, japan tyre had 2015 tyre and discount tyre was out of stock. CC5 were also not available at both shops...
Kher Japan tyre gave me one week time.

i bougth xm2 from discount few months back and i fear that they might have smuggled tires since i got tyres with different manufacturing dates one pair with 1st week of 2016 and other 10th week of 2016 i inquired the saleman but he said these are imported this way but there was no sticker or stamp of local disrtibutor of michellins in pakistan which in many threads i found to be was some sheikh brothers or traders of karachi
else drive wise tyres are ok

install philips xtreme vision in high beam. although i have put xtreme vision in low and rally vision in high. pretty much satisfied

How do you make sure the tyre we are getting is not smuggled? I searched a lot and it seems no one is official dealer for michelin in Pakistan or at least in Islamabad. Shops now give their own warranty so that cant be considered

Wasn't happy with the car's braking even after changing its rotors and putting in new brake pads after choosing from whatever was available in the local market (some lapco brand), since the only friends satisfied were the ones who opted for original brake pads form honda service center which costed around 16K. Thought of asking someone to bring bosch quietcast ordered from amazon.
Had to wait but it was all worth it in the end, the car has very impressive braking response now while being exceptionally quiet and four disc pads costed me only around 6.5K. Highly recommend if you can ask someone coming from abroad to fetch them for u.

Wasn't satisfied with the oil filters available here so also got one from bosch, only around rs.500. Excellent quality

I am also asking someone to bring them these, i hope its worth it.

I haven't been this confident with the braking of any car like I am with this one after this choice, btw I also had the rotors changed with kabli ones as the previous ones had gone below the engraved width

in my humble opinion the word 'TUNE' is good enough to be used for any engine be it diesel, petorl, fuel injected, carburetor or nozzle one

Stamp is supposed to be on tyres?

no on the packing theres suppose to be a sticker of local dsitributor but they can be re wraped again who know what they sell in pak search on the forums you will see a picture of urdu instructions etc
