Steering assembly aint expensive it will cost max 5k. Got my cars changed last year. The only art is taking the assembly out and putting in the new one. Damn it was time consuming but the end result was worth it

For genuine stuff, yes it is. For local stuff we normally use, its expensive but the thing i hav learnt after using nissin in the front is the life is more then double from the local ones i was using before

also there is is tuk tuk type noise which appears time to time from rear compartment and front right showed it to a mechanic he blamed the " bush chimtay " and for time being oiled all of them so now i have to buy a bush kit aswell whenever i visit a city

service charge Rs 1500/-
genuine Honda is made in Thailand.
Oem is Nissin Japan, which make the brake parts for honda

So much confusion now Aqash quoted 5300 for genuine pads while 1700 for nissin. Either fixmycar rates are way high or aqash is selling substandard parts

Honda Prices of brake work i got done recently. Too high price but at least i am confident brake wont give up because my drive is too much about 75KM daily and brake are very important for me now just need the tyres to smooth up the ride..

Bush chimte or Chimte?
I had the same issue in my previous car and i could not diagnose the issue easily since it was coming on its own, It was a loud sound or low sometimes that occurred randomly it was the issue of chimtey at the end and i got them changed and it was fixed.
In my case the sound was coming from front left or right side and i though at first it was sound from the tyre. Get it checked from some good local mechanic should be fixed easily

yar too expensive in 430 ka aik spark plug! local market men to 700 k 4 plugs mil jate han... may be quality ka farq ho i dont know?
and btw why they charged brake oil replace separately when they already doing brake service... brake service includes change of oil

I would recommend for OEM if you can afford and instead of some other fancy upgrades in car spend on brakes since its most important thing, I also get most work done locally suspension etc.
But i got OEM break from Honda.
Last time Japanese break pads were slipping and not fully gripping the rear (back) tyres.
If not then go for Nissin and make sure they are not copies otherwise they will destroy the discs and discs are very costly about 20k+ per tyre (If i remmeber correctly)

Yeah i know costly
Tthe spark plug i think i got them for high price. But i remember exactly spark plug costed me 2500 last time from local shop and the quality was same?

may be the plugs here are not of good quality... and how can one do brake service without changing oil aur hota hi kya hai brake service men, lube the pins, put new oil, bleed the system and service done.

But if there is a slight error like Air in the system while bleeding. It can cause many issues..
Between can you if the tyre need urgently changing or it can last till summer?
Also the profile you got is 195/65/R15 is is OEM size because manual says 185?
And i saw Sheikh brothers is official partner of Yokohama is is true? Then why you went to other shops where you are not confirmed if smuggled or not. And how much they pay for old tyres usually? (Mine are bridgestone)

old tyres adjustment depend on tyre condition and brand... mine went for almost nothing due to too old.

yokohama has no issues of smuggling because its been imported in large quantity and almost all shops have real stuff. It comes packed from japan and importer pastes his warranty card. You can easily spot a smuggled yokohama vs imported yokohama... The reason why i had to go through all trouble was because of michelins... Yes 195 is not oem size, it is 185 but michelins were not available in 185. The difference is 2% and according to tyre sites, you can upsize or downsize within 3% of oem size
For urgency, check if tyres have sidewall damage, too many punctures, date of manufacture? tread left? ABS kicks in frequently. Yokohama advan db is 7-7.5k per tyre

insert a paper or something not sharp and thin and see how deep is it? Amount of tread looks okish but for safe side, I would say 5k if within city drive as condition doesn't seem to be very good

he was saying 32k for michelins, purany de k discount kar k 29k k diye us ne. Us se neche nahi aa raha tha... the spare tyre of mine had side wall damage so it was with tube and he said its no use to me.

The size 185/65/R15 is for VTI, i am not sure if it is same for exi
