Eps is very light but steering response on hps is better. Depends on your choice too btw I don't like feather light steerings.

EPS assembly is available from Quetta in 6-7 k. Problem is to check its sensor and motor. I think thats only when you install it. Don't know about installation cost etc. I have 2002 JDM ES8 and enjoying EPS. It's great

The seat covers are nice but I have noticed that you have removed the fabric from the door panels.
Also, is your car by any chance showered? Good rim and tire combination btw... the steering cover is also very nice.. we kept car !

Brother car is completely Original Alhamdolillah. Minor touching on left fender only, rest totally original paint. Waxed on monthly basis and sometimes after two weeks.
Got the door panels changed to match with seat covers. Seat and steering covers from Rawalpindi Sadar Rawalpindi (two Years back).Time was around 4 hrs. Personally selected the seat covers and door panels and supervised every step. Had to ensure each lining is sewn/ properly fitted from inside to the underside for proper fitting.
Tyres are Yokohama Advan DB 195/65/15.

Price was around Rs 8000 for seats and doors + 1000 for steering, around two years back.

In Isb, the tax is 350 rupees

10lac is more than enough to find a very clean vti oriel prosmatec

In Isl for all cars older than 10 years token is 350Rs
I think main factor should not be token when purchasing car. rather the cost of maintenance, that is higher for Civics always..

Maintenance is little bit high. If your drive is less then it will be best car. If drive is alot then in terms of comfort it will be best but in terms of maintenance it will be higher than City and other cars

Cars cheaper in maintenance then 7th gen civics are only mehran and cultus. Parts are way cheaper then corolas etc and comfort and power is way too good to be compered with any other car in this price range.

Comfort wise no doubt its amazing car but requires lot of maintenance every now and then .
