Car is gone for some minor mechanical works. I will share the pics once it is done. My uncle owned this car for 2 years and he had done outer touchup job a month ago. The car is perfect from it's exterior just need some polish to gain black color's shine

How it would be to change it's hydraulic power steering to orginal ES japanese EPS?
Planning to change it's engine & gear oil, Which one you guys are using? My uncle was using 20W-50 engine oil and he was using tap water in radiator, Thinking of shifting towards coolant and I have heard that cars previously on tap water cause water body leakage on adding full coolant. Is that true?
And one more thing, one can feel some specific noise in car at speed of 40-50, It's not from the engine side, I have checked that and I think the wheel hubs need replacement.
What are your suggestions?
