thats one offer i cant pass up on!the best bit when i bought the steering was z bhais company ..went to kharian to get the steering and ended up spending 4 hours or so just talking.it was late,had to get back home otherwise i think we would have spent another 4 hours talking
anyhow zulqurnain bhai is a gem of a person.one things for sure,you wont get bored in his company,ever.not to forget his hospitality.
bro im sort of busy with a few things before eid..will your offer stand after eid aswell?

Ill install the 6 CD also but the only doubt i have is the main connector behind the 6 cd Changer is same as the one of the Kenwood stereo given in pre 2006 model oriels? Though I dont think so. Haseeb hope urs is an oriel coz if its the ivtec then ull need to replace the clockspring. I would like anyone to confirm me what all needs to be changed for installing the 6 cd changer. I.e the connector(grip in local lingo) n the antenna jack? all those members who got the indash changer installed where did u get the connector from?

about the car,its an oriel bro but yes that was my concern too.what other things will i need to install the 6cd changer.talking about the grips and all ..i dont think it will be a clip on install ..ill ask around before i come to kharian and have all the gear in place before we do the install

^GOOD NEWS! as per info of fireblade u do not require a new grip/connector,the kenwood grip is attached to the OEM grip,that has to be removed n it will plug straight into the 6 CD changer. now when should i get Mian jee booking done?

just remembered ull also need 2 more wires of similar length for the illumination wires. N as the stereo will be opened y not attach the the aux connection. For that get 3 cd rom wires which are easily available at computer shops. read my DIY on attaching aux to the 6 cd changer.then we'll have the aux activated also!

PROJECT '1111' completed today!!!
had a nice n eventful day, haseeb came over to kharian n we installed his OEM 6 CD changer,aux connections,installed his new steering and activated/wired the audio controls n illumination!!! hope u enjoy ur upgrades in the days to come!! also went MIAN JEEs n ate till our stomachs were full of desi ghee dall n parathas with malai!! hope he reaches back safe as i wonder how he will remain awake with all those carbs!!! im half asleep myself!! he made nme n his friend hungry all day from 12 till 7 !!! i think the audio controls will keep him busy during the journey back home!!
