AOA folks 
I have just got CIVIC REBORN (Prosmatic) as an secondary car... It has 130k on its clock... I want to ask some basics ques about it. It is giving me the millage of 9km on conditions such as TRAFFIC JAMS, ROUGH TARRIAN (3rd gear), some times HIGH RPM are used but i have tried my best to keep my RPM bellow 2.5k... It flushed petrol worth 1000 Rs (15 ltr) in 130 KM... The car is giving smell of petrol from her EXHAUST i have checked the CAT converter it is fine and i can also bet that O2 sensor is also fine coz if these two are malfunctioning the average wont go above 6 to 7 km/l... The exhaust has some kind of filter removed and it is making the sound of KAR KAR... (The owner says he removed him to give car an sporty sound) but trust me it is soo much irritating :3 also i want to tune up my car so should i get my car checked from an electrician or mechanic as my friend says "Is ki tuning computer sa hoti ha, kisi mechanic sa hath mat marrwana is ka engine to kuch ho gaya to is ka engine barbad ho jae ga" :S. When brakes are applied an sound of CHEE CHEE can be heard and today i applied my brakes so hard that ABS turned on but still car haven't stopped as it should... So i am also thinking to do complete brake service and Pads replacement (Suggest me good one), Also suggest me some good Steering oil, Brake oil, Engine oil for my ride and also Auto transmission oil :)...

P.S Water still drops from exhaust when car is high reved on "P".
