Salam.

I have 9th gen civic, cat con got choked and CitySales guys broke the ceremic mesh. It has a very ugly sound now. As mentioned "There are some vendors available who will replace the inside pieces with normal steel/iron pieces that will not clean the exhaust fumes but will restore the sound." kindly guide from where I can get normal steel iron pieces. Any leads will be highly appreciated.

P.S I have watched your review on Pakwheels regarding reborn. Excellent review (y) hats off man.

  Power window machines. Have had to replace both in front doors. Kabuli around 5 thousand each.
   Exhaust oxygen senser on top of the catalytic converter. Got kabuli for 6 thousand.
  Belts tensioner. Dont try kabuli or non genuine (rs 10000) . Tried both and finally replaced with otiginal worth 16000.
   Rest agree with above posts.
   Great car bye the way. Stil prefer for daily use even though have a GLI and a swift

Saw your review - and it was the first proper review of a car
Not some thing about its asthetics rather about its functionality and problematic aspects

Sir am tied between Reborn hybrid (UK Model) and reborn non-hybrid (sold by honda Pakistan)

Kindly if u could advise limitations of hybrid ... considering it should give much better average...

Honda's IMA hybrid system's fuel saving isn't as good as other hybrid systems. Its average consumption will be closer to city 1.3 manual than prius.
Hybrid reborn has a smaller engine (1.3 or 1.5 I don't remember exactly) with hybrid assist. The power ain't R18 level but still very good, it can keep up with local reborn easily but redline drag runs aren't compareable.
I find its interior color scheme less likeable than local one.
The comfort is better than local reborn, seats are heated and well bolstered.
Boot is a lil smaller due to battery.
IMA batteries would be at 70% or less health due to age of the car, stay away from cars that don't hold charge.
Once batteries expire, hybrid system is a burden (like air conditioning) on engine leading to worse fuel average.
Faults are harder to diagnose and solve by ordinary mechanics.

I had mine replaced two years ago. Went straight to Honda 3s dealership and got them replaced with Genuine OEM shocks. It was expensive. I saved 3 months for it. But it was original.
