Okay guys my car needs a suspension overhaul, it's in pretty bad shape.
Got it checked yesterday and while it definitely needs new Bushings, z-links, and rack ends.
The mechanic said it might also end up needed other stuff too, but we'll find out when we disassembled the suspension.
One shock seems to be leaking as well and the rear driver side spring is about half an inch lower then the other.
I checked the online pakwheels store, without the front shocks everything (Z-links, tie-rod ends etc) adds up to ~15K, with the shocks (Front+Back KYB) the cost is around 50K. My budget is 80K in which I need to get new tyres as well. Now would it be okay if I went with kabli shocks or repaired mine (If it turns out they're bad that is, they could be fine too).
My other questions are Kabli vs Chinese vs OEM? Any recommended place to get the parts? Is it okay if I get it done by a local mechanic here (Live in Wah Cantt) or should I make the trip to ISL/RWP.
This is my first experience getting suspension work done, feedback would be helpful.
p.s: does anyone have a up-to-date rate list of OEM honda suspension parts? I wanna compare and budget out the potential costs. ^_^
