My Civic 2011 Auto ,Milage 110000+ consume oil when driven on longer route / motorway only. When driven within city no oil consumption in noticed.After 3500 Km's oil leve is between low and mid mark on dip stick. I have tried changing to 10w-30 from, 5w-30 but still I am observing same behaviour. What could be the cause of this issue ?
There is no visible leakage or any kind of smoke

Make sure you are checking oil when car is cold and on level surface. Check your PCV valve. Also make sure the oil you are using is not fake. Check your spark plug condition for burning of oil, also perform a compression test.
I have noticed that cars having catalytic convertors donot give out oil burning smoke (till it chokes out the catalytic convertor).
Easier way to handle such situation (if oil is being consumed by getting burnt), alittle consumption (burning of oil) is fine and you can keep on using it till it lasts. Just make sure to keep oil topped up.

some consumption of oil is normal and ok and by design. just keep oil topped up to the marked level. stick with 5w-30 grade.

On cold start in mornings rather strong vibration in R. Goes away when normal engine temperature is reached. Could it be the oil mounting? Civic 07 140k done.

Yep most likely it.Check for the gap between mount bracket and mount. Also inspect transmission mount.

Bought the mounting from Honda Sugoi and had it changed by my mechanic. He worked at a Honda dealership for more than 10 years.

Yeah it used to be 17k. Has recently got expensive and 32k is good price. I had 35k quote from sugoi and 33k from Nasir.

The mount being a rubber item (i.e. hydraulic seals etc) its always a gamble. I think if budget allows, new oem is the best option. Junk yard parts can turn out to be really good too (can only be visually inspected when buying) but mostly it goes otherwise.
I usually install the parts myself and wont let the parts vendor chota/ustad touch my cars. When used parts dont work, these vendors become a hassle to deal with.

Facing two issues and need help.

Centre cowl (plastic part connected to the windshield) needs attention as the plate on which the clips are fasten has eroded. Where can I find the plate in Karachi?
CD changer has stopped working and CDs are stuck inside. Cannot load or eject a CD.

I like to use OEM parts. Expensive but they last long. Kabli parts are a gamble. A used mounting was costing 15 k with no surety how long will it last. Also my reborn is a keeper.MashAllah.

Honda Civic 11 - Oriel Prosmatic. 120K - I have maintained it from Honda Fort and have always gotten the service done ahead of schedule and always bought genuine replacement parts. (I have all the receipts available). Both bumpers are painted as well as side door i believe the front one. I tend to keep my cars clean so I do not like scratches (Resale doesn't matter much as I keep my cars for good 5~6 years).
