Dear brothers! I am stuck; I came across this situation last week and now again. My civic 95 had its gearbox replaced a couple of months ago by the previous owner. When I bought it and drove it, the gear shifting was smooth. But last week, shifting gear became difficult and when I reached my office, I was unable to do it. My friend over the phone told me that either the clutch fluid may have run out, or seals have worn out. He advised me to keep pumping so that It could work, and it did. However, when I was almost close to my home it happened again on the same day. Anyway, the problem was fluid and seals and I had the work done from the same mechanic where the previous owner was going. After a week, now I am facing the same problem. Can any brother help what I should do? At least your expertise will allow me to have some knowledge before hand and I could argue with the mechanic who did this work and assured the problem would not occur any time soon again. Please help!
