Honda Civic 98 Model fuel consumption?

My Honda Civic Model 98 manual and engine in good condition, but it give 8-9 km/ltr on motorway. is it ok or some problem
what is normal fuel consumption of civic 09

My Honda Civic Model 2000 auto transmission recently changed Qabli engine 1600cc is in very good smooth sound condition, but it give 6-7 km/ltr in city with ac. and 9-10 km/L without ac is it ok or some problem
what is normal fuel consumption of civic 2000?

All plugs/oil filter/oil changed timely but not improvement
