9th gen is reliable just needs a check on certain things which people don’t bother.
I too have driven mine 70k in 6 years up till now no problems. It has good ground clearance and great fuel economy for 1800cc car. I too am satisfied.

Fellow, Please Suggest me, Should I go for Orial Prosmatic ? or Orial Ivtech (Manual version) I do not have issue in driving manual infact enjoy, But just to know is cruse available in non prosmatic? As this is my big requirement as I have to drive 70% - 80% on highway.

can anyone tell me in this model i hear that every 40000km we need to change catalic is it correct or we need to service it again.. coz i hear new is around Rs 40,000/-

and wat are the other mainly fault of this model ?

Other than resale value, the VTi Oriel manual transmission version is a treat to drive. And yes, Oriel manual does come with cruise. I've used it many times on motorway and it does a wonderful job of keeping you relaxed. I bought mine in 2016 and so far the experience has been good.

Except for the transmission, there is no difference between the VTi Oriel MT and VTi Oriel Prosmatec.

Mine got chocked at 38k. So I had to remove it and then got a kabuli one for 16k which is perfectly fine.
You can get it cleaned at every 30k atleast then no need to replace it.

There a few common issues
1. Tensioner belt pulley (the car makes noises on start up)
2. AC fan starts to make noises
3. Door panel paint starts to chip off (2012-2015 models)
4. Arm rest makes creaking noises (2012-2015 models)

I got my cat cleaned at 45k but still it seems there is some problem with it. I hear a loud ghaaaa sound if I press the accelerator pedal at once and also the pick is not that responsive.
What could be the reason.

Why you people need catalytic convertor in your car. Every second car in Pakistan is running without it. Up till now there is no law made in Pakistan to declare it compulsory. Although its a good device which helps to reduce air pollution. Get it removed and enjoy the ride.

always get your car filled from a good pump and mix it with high octane often whenever required . Drive it with care not at high rpms all the time .you wont have any cat problems . mine has done 133k no issue so far .

How did you got it cleaned? The cleaning process matters a lot. Many people clean with acid which is not affective.

I live in Lahore but I got it from a person in Rawalpindi. The converter assembly came from uae and was in excellent condition.

You can visit Bilal gunj. Check the the mesh in side the exhaust manifold as it should be crystal clean white in colour.
