HiHave recently bought 9th gen. There are few concerns for which need your opinion

If the car is in parking, or in neutral, when the AC compressor turns on, i feel a vibration from engine just like when the RPM goes way too low. I noticed the RPM stays around 600-700. But once the compressor turns of, vibration almost vanishes. throttle and catcon are clean. What can be the issue?
The car has 16 inches alloys (2016 Civic walay) and 225/55 Michelin Primacy 3 tyres. On bumps and potholes, i feel the front suspension give noises. It annoys that there is no comfort. Wondering is it the size of rim/tires or the suspension or other things like z-links etc need to be checked?
I think engine oil grade for this car is 5w30? the car is 75k driven.
how to get rid of squeeking annoying noises from arm rest and drivers seat while you move on it? -_-

Dear better to get back to 15 inches OEM alloys with tyre size of 195 or max 205 for better fuel eco and comfort level.
5W30 is fine and recommemded
These noises of arm rest and seat is common problem so ignore. For seat u can try to adjust high and low so they may go at some point (i tried and luckily seat noise went)

If it is 2016 model Honda Civic 9th gen then there should be no noises of arm rest etc. Before that it is common. 9th gen civic 2016 model is way better than previous models.

2013 honda civic VTI Oriel Prosmatec
Driven between Al Ghani petroleum (GT Road, Kharian) and Sarai Alamgir.
More than 95 percent of the trip was highway driving, with a little bit of city driving on very bad broken road towards the end.
AC was off because it had rained sometime before so the weather was cool.
Total distance travelled: 24 km
Average speed on the GT Road: 90 km/h (cruise control used twice, other times cruise was off)
Average speed on the local road at the end: 25 km/h.
RPM range: 1500-2000
No. of persons sitting in the car: 1 (just the driver).
Car's engine oil was last changed at 70,000 kms
ATF was changed at 60,000 kms
Driven on petrol filled from Al Ghani (very good fuel)

Recommend a good engine oil for the car.
Mileage: 74,197 kms
Oils used in the past: Mostly honda genuine oil 10W 30 API SM class
Other oils used:
ZIC 5W30 used one time
Caltex Havoline (unknown viscosity) used 2 times.
