yes i can understand i experienced it from around 80kmh and was horrible it totally destroyed the ride quality.Although i knew it was axles issue i went for balancing just to clear my mind but there was no change so ended up changing them and now its butter smooth.

Salam guys. In some trouble out here.
I purchased a rebirth 2013 hardtop manual a few days back.
The problem I faced on Motorway was that even tho I travelled constantly b/w 90-105kmph, the car gave me a fuel avg of 12.5kmpl. Rpm stayed on 3000 at 105kmph (top gear) which is pretty high considering its an 1800c ivtec beneath the hood. Any suggestions what the problem could be for the rpm hike?

Rpm is completely fine as its a manual transmission ,check out for other things for your fuel economy like spark plugs,cat con get the tyre pressure to the company specs, and always refuel from a reputed petrol pump

P.S my 8th gen manual civic have 3200 RPMS AT 120 kmph and if i cruise constantly at 120 i have achieved 16 kmpl easily many times (without ac)

My rebirth which is prosmatec, at 100km/h the rpm stays at approximately 2000. How a manual Transmission be in 1000rpm higher than its automatic version.

Previous owner said he replaced clutchplate a month or so back. Can a chocked catalytic converter cause higher rpms though?

Bro I have just switched to below Oil and I got fabulous results
Havoline® Pro DS™ Fully Synthetic LE SAE 5W-40

This is imported Oil and does meet ILSAC GF 5 Standards.......

Previously I was using Total 5w-30 Future Series Fully synthetic but I found very good results of Havoline.

Mileage of my car is 68000........ Mine car average is 11-12 in city and 14-15 on Highway/Motorway....

I am using Zic 5-W40.city average is 12-12.5 while highway is 15+

Today i tested the brakes of my car at 110km/h. Rebirth... I thought ABS will decrease the braking distance. But NO !!! Accident hoty hoty bacha ....

WHen ABS gets engaged, one can feel it. but why the braking distance isn't reduced.

Scanner lgwa kr check kren why Check Engine light is on...
and battery ka sign 2 wja se aa skta... ya to khrab... ya charging nahi ho rhi.... might be alternator issue.

. mujy sasty wali lg rhi.... q k 1000rpm ka farq nahi ho skta..... mtlb itna zyada farq auto aor manual main... not possible....
