Honda Civic 9th gen Navigation Problem

I have a 9th gen honda civic 2015. There is some problem with the navigation panel. I changed new battery. After i turn volume more than 18-20 units my navigation panel restarts. I have woofer + amp installed. I got it checked from many shops and they are saying its related to navigation. Even tho we unplugged amp + woofer but still after 18-20 units the nav restarts itself. I m really confused & pissed off at the same time. Don't know what to do. If i go to honda dealership they would probably send me to tracking world. Should i go to lahore to get it fixed?

Any help would be really appreciated. I m confused & pissed off at the same time.

Remove all USBs and any storage card.
Check whether Nav unit Fan is working. It is visible from glove box, by removing glove box as u do to check inner ac filter.

If you go past 18-20 volume units when the engine is off, the NAV will restart because it's not receiving enough power. I've experienced the same issue with my 2013 Civic navigation unit. If I go past 20 units when the engine is on, it does not turn off. I took my car to Honda Center Peshawar Road and they told me all this.

I don't know if this is relevant, but I've also noticed that the navigation unit turns off sometimes when there is a sudden, deep bass note.
