Honda Civic 9th generation 2013 dashboard vibration

Hi there,

I just bought an Honda Civic 2013 (9th gen) and got it inspected from car sure. Engine and exterior of car is in good condition. I am facing two issues,
1. Sometimes when AC is turned on, rpm of car slightly drops periodically which causes vibration in car for split of a second.
2. While driving on bumpy road, I feel slight vibration in dashboard. First I thought that its the suspension issue but according to carsure report, suspension is all good.

Please guide me regarding these issues that what should I do to cater them. Your help in this regard will be highly appreciated!

Bro i have the same problem. The sound coming from dash board is so irritating. I tried several times to get rid of it. But every time there is a new source

Indeed it is! it means its a known issue then? Btw, I have plan to get my suspension checked just to make sure that everything is fine.

I know for a fact that my suspension is fine.

My tires have gone a little hard and need replacement (thinking of getting new tires next month), but the suspension is definitely fine AND I also have the dashboard rattling. Its more on the right side close to the windscreen,

Has anyone figured out the source of the sound/rattle and/or how to fix it????

Oh yes. I have the same problem. Rattling comes from steering wheel side near to windscreen. Got it checked from Honda point. They asked me to change my tyres as my tyres have completed their lives and are due for change. So, I hope it would get resolved once done with old tyres. Fingers Crossed

LOL. That's why I hate Honda's 3S. Pathetic customer services and never willing to take blame for manufacturing errors and/or follies on their part. Fingers crossed for you my friend. Lemme know how it goes if you change your tyres before me.

Its not really the steering its from the driver's side close to the windscreen. So no I havent gotten the steering assembly checked.

Wd40 silicone spray is what you need mate.

Honda Civic 2013 Catalytic Converter Cleaning

Hi pakwheeers! I have Honda Civic 2013 vti-oriel prosmatec and been driving it for about 6 months now. Before buying, I came to know that civic is prone to Catalytic Converter choke issue. Sir je basically the joints need shots of WD40 silicone spray. diagnose the rattles coming from exact location and point by point give it shots of WD40.

I have kept 9th gen oriel pt 2014 for 2yrs didn’t have any noises from interior.
