Hi Pakwheelers,
I recently purchased a Honda civic 2017 model with 99.5K mileage. When I bought the car it was running fine without issues. After a week of my purchase, I went to Honda Avenue to get the oil and filters changed and the mechanics there told me that the fuel filter needs to be changed as well and I agreed on getting it changed.
After the work was done I returned home and noticed the car feeling a bit sluggish and heavy. The fuel average was fine but the initial acceleration felt a bit off and slow but when accelerate just a bit more, it runs fine like it used to. I'm not sure why this is or is it just my imagination?
Has this ever happened to anyone of you? Could this just be my imagination since when i accelerate just a bit more, it drives fine. I'm usually a slow driver and don't really speed much. Or could this be a new problem caused by the mechanics there or some bad products?
The work done by Honda Avenue is as below:
Oil Change | Honda Genuine SN 0W-20
Oil Filter
Air Filter
Fuel Filter
Wheel Balancing
Wheel Alignment
Please feel free to share your insights. I'm very new to cars and don't really have much insights about them and this was my first ever car purchase. Please help a brother out.
Thanks.
