Honda civic hybrid MXB 2007 hybrid battery & Catalytic Converter

I am having this car bought recently. The owner sweared that it has no mechanical fault. But after one day, it started to develop problems when I took it to the electrician for scanning, it was found that they had separated the oxygen sensors and thus no lights on the dashboard. When the sensors were connected it will cause severe missing & thrusts. Anyway the mechanic somehow corrected the missing and now scan shows " Faulty Catalytic Converter and Also IMA light on the dashboard.
So it has 2 main problems.
1) No or choked Catalytic (expired)converter.
2) IMA hybrid battery is breathing last.

What can I do regarding these 2 issues in Rawalpindi & Islamabad?
Can these 2 items be repaired or I have to install used (kabli) items. Brand new maybe very costly.

Please help in these 2 issues. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your reply. How much he charged for the replacement? Is he himself having stock of 2nd hand batteries or he repairs the damaged batteries.

I don’t remember exactly but i had repaired some other things also from him and its around two years ago. But you can call him and take your car to him for physical inspection and he will quote you price.
