Honda Civic IMA hybrid Shown Multiple Hand Break lights in dash board

**dear Friends
Since 7 Days i have a problem in Honda Civic IMA that after driving for some 10 to 15 Mints a yellow hand break light shown in dash board . After restarting car light gone and after some time it appear again as shown in picture. Hand break light is in red colour but it as it to break only colour is different. I replaced all break pedals and master cylinder. I am failed to find the solution of this problem please help if any body have a suggestion **

This means either you have worn pads or low fluid in the reservoir.
