Honda civic rattling sound problem

I have honda civic 2007, when i bought this car it has tensioner problem, but uptill now i have changed almost 8 tensioner but still sounds remain same, i m so confused, can any body tell me?

And when i put on my gear on drive it sounds rattling, and same on reverse, and when i neutral my car the sounds disappear, but its confirm its not a waterbody or denemo sound, i m so confused

then it is not the tensioner
why change 8 when 1 did not solve the issue
what you are saying is pointing towards a collapsed engine oil mount, the right side engine mount which was a common failure point on these civics
check that

Brother thanks for ur respond, actually very first time when i bought this car so i changed the tensioner, but still there was a some grinding and rattling sound, and sudden after few days this sound becomes too hight, again i went to the same mechanic and i changed 4 tensioner, but the rattle, vibrate sound remain same, then again i went to other mechanic and i had to buy china tensioner, but after 2 months sudden the tensioner l key bolt broken on the way and i was not able to drive a few, again yesterday i bought 2 tensioner and it was very good in condition but still vabration sound remains same, inshAllah tomorrow i will go to azim autos bufferzone, let c what he will diagnose. Actually when i shift my gear on drive or reverse t sounds apper like water pump sound, and 10-20 rpm it aounds disappear, plz if any body face the same problem so plz guide me i will b thankful to u.

While there are a variety of reasons your Honda Civic is rattling, the most common 3 are the ball joints, struts or strut mount, or a problem with the sway bar links.

Brother finally my problem has solved, i check my car to azim motors, he checked the tensioner every thing was ok, he told me this is honda company fault, actually when they luanched the civic reborn in 2007-2009 company faced the main problem in reborn was belt size problem, and in 2010 they chaged the belt size and direction to fit on the pulleys, and finally they announced to change the belt free of cost from honda, some of them change the belts but the remaining didnt, so my mechanic told me the whole story and he shown me the picture, finally when i applied the same mashAllah my problem were solve and sound was remove

Old belt size were 1970
New belt size 2164
So if any body is facing the same problem so kindly change the belt and their fitting.
