Honda Civic Rebirth (9th Gen) RPM issue

Salam pakwheelers. I recently bought a MANUAL Honda Civic 2013, like a month ago. On highways and motorways, the ride gives me excessively high rpms in the 5th gear, which isnt normal for a 1800cc car. What could be the issue? I’ve attached and will keep on adding more photos to prove my point.
Any solutions whatsoever??

Ok so additional info is:
- Tyre pressure is kept at 30, so no issues there.
- I’m using attock petroleum fuel.
- Oil Changes are regular
- Previous owner said he has recently serviced the cat converter so I assume that shouldn’t be chocked.

That RPM at 100kph looks fine to me.

TBH RPM looks normal on this speed. Manuals always have a bit higher RPM.

I have Civic 8th Gen Prosmatic and it goes to 130 KPH between 2100 to 2300 RPM. It looks like you car is revving excessively because 1800CC does not require 3000 RPM to reach 100 KPH. Probably the TPS needs re calibration. Try to reset your ECU by taking off the negative terminal of you battery. Wait for 5 minutes and then put the terminal back. Rev your car to 3000 RPM until the cooling fan is on and then let it idle for 5 minutes. This way ECU would probably Re-calibrate TPS. .

@jahangir.jan21 his car is manual gear, no such thing as tps calibration to bring down rpm in 5th gear.

@pwuser158369978087. This is perfectly normal, 2800rpm at 100km/h, manual transmission has higher rpm compared to prosmatic/automatic version of this car at same speed.

Are you sure that you’re in 5th gear. Because in this picture it looks like there is a problem

if it is 100 kph in 3rd gear than 3000 RPM is fine but if it is in 5th gear than it is reving excessively.

Post a video of manual car, any manual car dng 100km/h @3000rpm in 3rd gear plz,

You’re right. That’s my concern because I have a similar 9th gen prosmatec car and it does 100 @ below 2k rpm.
But your rpm calibration is a good idea but my idle rpm is perfectly fine, I’m having no issues with that

RPM to Speed ratio per gear is fixed in Manual Cars, you can't make it go up or down as manual transmission doesn't slip all the time like auto transmission in which RPM go down when torque converter locks up. You can get your clutch plates checked but I don't think there's an issue here.

Seems fine to me. You can have your clutch plate checked just to be sure in case you feel there's some issue. A slipping clutch will cause higher RPMs.

Ok so the previous owner changed the clutch plate like 5-6 months ago. So that means clutch plate needs to be checked?
And is checking a clutch plate a long and timetaking task? I dont wanna spend whole days in workshops

Get the car properly checked including the CATCON. Avoid ATTOCK at all costs. It chokes CATCON at lightening speed.
