Honda Civic Reborn (07) is low on water after driving for 20-50KM

So as I mentioned above it is always low on around 100-200ML water after driving it for 50 kilometers. Now the thing is I live in Sector B of DHA Phase 5 which is on height and I don't mind pushing the pedal when going up. And if I handle the car like a baby then it doesn't lose much of the water. Here's what I did got my radiator cleaned up. Heater is new and in place pretty well so that is not the problem as well. A mechanic claimed that it's gasket well that can be an issue as due to thermostat not letting the water flow I drove it home (5-6KM) by refilling water again and again. So what shall I do? Get some compression etc done?

BTW it's Prosmatic Japanese imported (S with gear shifters not D1-D3 model).

I suggest you put in coolant & look for color marks it will leave even when dried up after minor leak. You should carefully inspect all joint, coolant leak is easy to spot as compared to water.

Before suspecting head gasket, did you change radiator cap ?

Does your mechanic own a cooling system pressure tester?

None of these buggers own pressure testers. I went to a Suzuki dealership owned by a friend, and they had one, but it was not working, and the technician claimed that he had never used it in the past 15 years.
