Honda Civic Reborn 2010 Wont Start

Assalam-u-Alaikum.
I recently purchased this car. I drove it for 6 days and then I took it to service station and did a full wash. I then drove it further to a nearby market. I stopped it there but when I come back to start it again, it won't start. Below are some checkpoints:

• All lights and alarms are showing properly when I turn ON the switch
• Someone told me that it could be due to water so let it dry. It has been 48 hours now so that shouldn't be a problem.
• I also tried starting it with jumper cable but that won't make any difference.
• Note that when I turn the key to push the starting motor, it just won't take any sulf.

So in simple words, car dashboard lights etc are turning ON properly but I turn the key to trigger the starting motor, it won't work!

Any ideas?

When you crank, is the immobilizer switch blinking?

Check fuses

I called the electrician and he said fuses are fine but the starting motor is faulty. I was thinking how is it possible for starter motor to completely stop working instantly that was working fine just 5 mins ago???

Get it checked by one more electrician.... also check it wiring

lesson learnt that i have never washed my city idsi engine washed since i bought the car since April 2021.

Surprisingly i faced similar problems
I got 2014 toyota voxy washed from service station and later the same day car's 12 volt battery died out
Had to replace the battery
At the time i just thought that the battery was quite old so no big deal

However afterwards a friend got his suzuki cultus (old model) washed from the same service station
His car wouldn't start later that day as well
I am not really sure as to what he did to resolve the problem..

Umer Salam, don't go to that service station again as I believe there could be someone with evil eye (buri nazar)

So in my case, the problem was with the starting motor so the electrician took it out. Changed the "armature" and installed it back. Alahamd-ulil-Allah, it is working fine.
The cost of the fix includes:
Armature + Installation: Rs.4700/-
Electrician Service Charges: Rs.2500/-

I am including the above details to help anyone guessing the issue and possible cost of the fix.

One question. I remember that before the above fix, when I open the door of my car, I use to hear a beep. But after the fix, it is no longer beeping on opening the door.
My question is do you hear the beep with your Reborn?
