Honda Civic Reborn Engine Starting Noise

Asalamualaikum. I own a Honda Civic Oriel Prosmatic 2009. It has 174k kms on it. It has recently started making a very shaky and loud noise on starting "khar khar khar" noise. The noise just comes on starting the car. The car is normal drive wise. I have seen a couple of mechanics and even went to Honda Swan (Rawalpindi) who could not diagnose the issue. As far as I think, it might be an issue with the starting motor or the adjuster?
Would appreciate your input as I am very confused about what to do. I don't like any noise coming from the car especially from the engine bay.

P.S. I have been advised to completely replace the engine assembly as well.

Any/all help would be much appreciated.

The 1.8 Honda engine is known to have a rattle at startup in the morning during winter months. At least that is how it begins, over time it does get worse. In my car it used to happen one at the first start of the day and then for the rest of the day the noise did not come. My car had 80,000 when the noise started. Is was the starter motor. I never did anything about it as the noise went away in the Summer months. This noise was present in my 2007 Reborn and also in my Gen X Civic 2017. Both cars are sold now.

Thank you so much for the input. What do you suggest, should I get the starter changed? I asked my mechanic but he was very skeptical to change the starter citing reasons of the sound reappearing after 6-8 months of installation of the new starter and so I haven't done anything about it yet.
P.S. it did get worse actually from the time that this thread was made so any/all inputs would be much appreciated.

If the sound is getting worse, my suggestion is to go to a trusted Honda 3S dealer, leave the car overnight and ask the service adviser to start the car himself to get a second opinion on this diagnosis and go from there.
