Honda civic reborn issues..need suggestions

Salam.
I have reborn oriel prosmatic 10 model 100k driven ..i am facing such issues kindly give suggestions , 1. Car vibrates from left side when when accelerating between 1500-2200rpm . After this vibration goes ( A month ago i went to local mechanic he said ( apka axel theek hai par inner kupa replace hoga) so i said to replace , After this work vibration goes but after 20 days car starts to vibrate again . It only vibrates when i press gas pedal
2. drive is not smooth as it feels resistance when accelerating but pick is good 3. when ignition starts steering getting harder after 2-3 mins of drive ( I recently installed Qabli qangi+ power pump) but still getting same problem
4.Fuel avg is 6- 6.5km/L in city with light foot drive(2k - 3k rpm) and it gives 8km/l-9km/l on highway
Recently following work was done last month from Honda but issues not resolved Tunning + Throttle cleaned from Honda Fuel injectors cleaned from honda Spark plug was checked Catalytic already removed
Engine oil + Honda PSF fluid + Honda ATF fluid + gear filter changed + air filter changed
Engine oil mount was replaced
Honda guys checked car with scanner and they said there is no faulty code , all sensors are working properly

Inner ko grease karwa lain agar kata hua nhi hau to us se bhi hoti hai baki wheel balancing bhi check karain ya tyre to out nhi hai

Why did you remove catalytic converter!!? Have it installed after getting cleaned. Your average will get normal. Have your vehicle test driven by Honda 3S supervisor/ mechanic for the vibration issue.

Aap ka inner 3 goli (tripod) wala hai? If yes, then it will vibrate

honey comb in the cat was broken so i had to remove it

i dont know its tripod or not..but whats the solution now?

honda mechanic said they will replace both axels and inner...but i got axels checked from outside kharadia he said axel rods are fine

Apparently it seems that axle is slipping from gear box end .. the splines get weak and a play develops ..
vibration can also be due to
- engine foundation
- bent tires
- wheel bearing
- Wheels / rims
- bushes

for fuel average CAT is a must
for power steering, it could be
- air in fluid .. bleeding is required
- some broken linkage
- play in rack and pinion system
- a leak in hydraulic system
- weak pump

Ap Gari ka inner Axel ka problem lag raha hai L/s ka, ap agar Lhr mein hein toe aik dafa visit kr k check kerwa lien.
Properly achi tarhan check kr k ap ko bata dein gaye.
Ap ko guaranteed InshaAllah clear kr k dein gaye.
