Honda civic reborn on cng

frndz im in a big problem. i want to convert my honda reborn on cng pata nahy samaj nahy a rahi is it possible or not
the price of fuel is increasing day by day so help me.
any1 of u know de best cng fitting workshop in lahore

No idea about the lahore CNG fitting shop - But she walks fine on CNG.

Know someone in dad's office running the new Civic on CNG, says it gives him 110-120km in the city and 160km on the motorway and he's happy with the performance (previous car: '04 EXi). Pretty damn good for a 1.8 considering our '02 VTi would have a hard time doing more than 130km on a tank.

i have travelled on a civic reborn on cng which gave a whopping 135 kms a cylinder...and it went around 180 on it...so as a matter of fact installing cng in honda iz rubbish...i agree with BUKSH...or dont install cng...

My friend has a hybrid civic here in Islamabad. he says it gives him 700+ km on a full tank

Few months back(60US$ per barral), someone told me once that there was a hybrid converted to cng n prior to conversion the cost of fuel from karachi to lahore was around Rs.2000. I wonder the car must had been paying hardcash to the owner after the conversion:)

A hybrid uses regenerative braking system to recharge the extra battery packs which in return provide electric power to the motor which the Ecu,instead of the engine, uses to save fuel when ever seems necessary.

How mcuh does a civic give in a litre?
If its around 8ish then why even bother converting to CNG?

yaaar its better to convert it on cng coz petrol is increasing day by day,,so ye bolne ki baat hai k 9 10 km de rahi hai to dnt convert,jab petrol fill karte hai to pata chalta hai,, m running ma 2005 civic vti manual on petrol ,,and i know how much its costing me so soon i would be converting it to cng,,

I have heard it runs good on CNG.just get a good CNG mech to do it

Installing CNG in ur car would make it safer and more stable. You and your car would live longer.

You see when you install CNG in ur car, you would never be able to accelerate your car as per your wishes, to make doughnuts or burnouts, to participate in drags or in anyother kind of speeding event, no matter how hard you push the paddle, you car will accelerate at a turtle's pace. IN other words, you will always be safe.

CNG acts as a TRACTION CONTROL for Pakistani drivers.
