Honda Civic Reborn Standard Engine Temperature for Radiator Fan On & Off

Hi Guyz. Please Help me Out.
I have bought a Honda Civic reborn 2008 couple of months back. It was getting heated so i got its radiator changed.
I have installed OBDII meter in it. I wanted to ask
1: My radiator fan starts at the coolant temperature 98 degree Celsius and turns off at 94 degree Celsius. Is this Normal?
2: Both fans i.e. radiator and condenser fan run simultaneously. Is it normal? Shouldn't only radiator fan should run and the condenser fan should run with AC only?
3: When AC is switched on, both fans work simultaneously, shouldn't only condenser fan turn on and the radiator fan should turn on when coolant temperature reaches the point?
4: Should fans stop when AC compressor trips and start when compressor starts again? (I have installed climate control in it)
I am new to Honda and i have come to an understanding that Honda is a complicated car and needs extra care and vigilance.

I really appreciate your help in this regard and really respect your knowledge and your efforts in helping others.

Yes that's normal.
Your car has dual fan system using relay to stimulate low and high speed.
Does heating issue resolve by replacing radiator?
Your car also got dual Ect. What's the difference between both?

Yes, Heating issue got resolved by replacing the radiator, both ect sensors and the pressure valve, though i am still concerned if fans turning on at 98 degree Celsius and turning off at 94 is ok or not.

One sensor is near the engine and the 2nd one is at the bottom of the radiator but I have no idea what's the difference between them.

Yes it's fine.
You have an obd2 scanner you can check using it.

One sensor shows less reading than the other one. However I don't know why it does so.

So you think that my car is perfectly fine?
also please tell me what is the standard coolant temperature at which fan should start and stop?
