You think a 2010 used Corolla won't cost this much to bring it back to factory specs ?

The stigma associated with civic is very vague. If you restore a WagonR to factory specs it would cost you a fortune.

For example a tail light for Corolla OEM factory spec costs rs.18000, similar copy can be bought for rs.3500 / even cheaper and even cheaper if you only replace the glass.

To me 70,000 is nothing depending on what parts have you replaced.

I did a Honda City restore the dead car took almost 450,000 to come back to factory specs.

Got my uncle a 2006 Corolla, In good running condition. Once it has started to open up, every thing is a jugar fix. Let's see how much the bill totals upto.

The knocking process can find out poutine and is a legit way to check for accidents. Metal sounds more hollow and a poutine piece sounds the opposite.
Most of the market has been screwed by the ghar mein bethay dealers who would sell their mothers if they get a good offer. They take effed up cars for cheap spray cheap paint on them and sell as genuine

Im just saying brother.To one person a car may be in gem of a condition but to someone else it may ne a pice of scrap.

Its all subjective but in my experience civic is the obe that costs the most to maintain.Not just the petrol avg but parts do need constant check up unlike a corolla that is basically a khota gaadi where one part replacment can go running for years.
And BTW I still dont think my car is upto my standards but 70k is a hefty amount for some poeple brother keep that in mind.

Yes, I agree with you 100%.

By 70,000 not being that much of a amount I didnt mean to offend you. Even I earn a limited amount a month. But by 70,000 not being that much a simple example is. When you purchase a used car and look for replacement tires.

Yokohama Advan DBs for 195/65r15 costs 16500 per tire today 16500 x 4 = 66,000 only for tires.

Getting a used car new seat covers, car floor Matt's new tires intercleaning first oil change all this goes beyond 70k easily. Yes one can do all of this step by step. But this much goes into only doing cosmetics. Let mechanicals alone.

And, Yes civics definitely have more things to go wrong and need more maintenance. I have mentioned this before too.

Edit. Do share what did you purchase. I am in the market looking for one too. By you purchasing one for 17.5 I am a bit relieved I thot they wernt worth more than 16.5 and still couldn't find anything decent

The thing is rupeya ab lhaak barabar hogia he.Mene saal pehle hi 2007 model 1150 ki li thi total genuine and ab 2010 model 1750 ka leke araha hun .
1650 pe mebe 2012 total genuine chodi thi saal pehle🤣 now im regretting my decision.
The car is easily worth 18.5 in the market if kept in good condition.On my car one fender is touch rest total genuine.
Its a white UG prosmatic oriel ,islamabad number ,registered against numerals 002 .
Ill share the pics once cleaned but this is what i have for now.Its from when i first saw it.

I doubt One day this cars will be collectors cars So just don't sell this time. May be in coming years this car will be worth more than 3 Million Who knows.
