Simulated cvt means simulated gear shifts and that is the proper ''definition'' for Cvt's
Oriel is NOT programmed to make artificial shifts. That is why it does not come with paddle shifters either. Turbo IS programmed to make artificial shifts and hence it has paddle shifters just like Grande does. Please learn to listen and accept facts.

That is not a proper definition of CVT. Most CVTs do not have simulated shifting programmed into them. The only reason some have artificial/simulated shifts programmed is to make them feel more like a traditional automatic. There is no other reason for it.

Floor a turbo or a Grande and then floor an Oriel. You will instantly know the difference between how they are programmed.
