Lol Grande has a CVT transmission. They mention 7 speed because the software is programmed to make artificial "shifts" so the feeling is like driving a true automatic transmission. The civic 1.5T has a similar CVT, which gives you a feel like it's shifting at higher rpm. Your beloved Civic oriel is not programmed to have artificial shifts, floor it and it will hold a constant rpm like a traditional CVT. That sucks in my opinion

There is nothing such as ''Traditional CVT''....either there is a 4 speed, 5 speed, 6 speed, 7 speed or CVT automatic transmission...And i don't know what you call a true automatic transmission or a fake automatic transmission...And yes Oriel is programmed to have artificial shifts(there is no difference between oriel cvt or turbo cvt becuz the only difference the two cars have is the engine, hp, rear infotainment, remote operated engine, chrome handles etc.)

Oh bhai. CVT has no gears. It is completely different from a normal automatic transmission. And the CVT in turbo is different from oriel. Please I request you once again to do your research. Oriel cvt is not programmed for artificial shifts whereas grande and turbo cvt is.

Civic Turbo and Grande have simulated shift wali CVT. Oriel has a traditional CVT. You need to drive both cars before negating the fact presented by others.
