Honda Civic VTI Oriel 2000 Problems (Swaped Engine)

My honda civic 2000 M/T has engine swaped to D15z6. The engine is going strong but there are some problems. On cng the economy goes to minimum at 58km with full cylinder and maximum to 70km. What is the problem?
Secondly after the clutch plate changed, the car is idling high around 1300 rpm to 1500 rpm on both cng and petrol and sometimes also fluctuating. What should be checked?

What should be the average economy on cng of this engine?
Secondly, the breather hose is disconnected or broken from when the engine was swapped, Should it be in place? and when idling it blow airs out and when revving it does not blow anymore. Does the pcv valve working properly? I have asked mechanic, he said "PCV valve has no effect on driving or economy of the car and new pcv is not available need to get it from kabuli market".

Dont Know on CNG But most be greater then 120km\Cylinder
Which breather Hose Share some Pics
Check PVC If it faulty engine will blow white smoke.also PVC give negative impact on Fuel Economy.

No white smoke blows so means no PVC fault.
Secondly I have checked your this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_RtyahSIesc and in the end when you start the car, you engine was idling at 1400 rpm like mines so is it normal?

Immediately Put a new Hose pipe

I think it's not there from when the engine was swapped almost 6 7 years back. The car was in hand of driver so never looked in.

So I went to mechanic today and he only adjusted tappets and change Air Filter(Dirty and Clogged) and he said no PCV breather hose available in part's shop and I need to get it from kabari market.
Now he said check economy and it should be better but I am not satisfied, I think something other is the cause. Can tappet adjustment only solve this issue?

just take that piece of hose to any parts shop and get the hose, not sure but looks like 5/8....any hose with same size will serve the purpose....having a generic hose is better than not having one...

I used my Honda only on Petrol so If you Service Throttle Body then Fuel economy will Better on Petrol Dont know about CNG.i Dont know how your car running well without this recirculation hose.And yes Tappet Do Solve Some problem of Fuel Consumption and engine Smoothness
