AOAI am buying Honda Civic Vti Oriel Prosmatec 2005.I am getting one key only.My question is that like normal keys, can i make a duplicate key. Or I have to ask Honda for making me the duplicate. If I had to make keys with Honda what will be the charges ???
There are many local key makers who can make the duplicate key. anyway ask the owner about the remaining two keys and the keyless door entry box(the one which came with the car not the one in the pic)
yar get a new key from Any Honda Dealer & they will tell u where to make it, I also got 1 key from bank & then i purchased a new key. Honda North told me where to make it, its working perfect now.

he just has 1 keys shown in the picturei dont think he has the keyless door keyas u can see the remote keychain with the key.

as i can see in the pic the key you are getting is not the master one(i mean that with the new car there are three keys, one master and two duplicates), rather it is the duplicate one. it is so because in the master key the honda insignia is embedded in black with golden lining. if you get the keys made from the company then you will have to purchase the complete set( one master, two duplicates and the keyless entry box) which will cost you around 15k. it is better to make duplicate keys from local venders for 250max per key
