Honda Civic VTi Oriel 2005 Engine Knocking

Hi everyone,
I am having a problem in my Civic 2005 VTI Oriel. I have recently changed the throttle "body", now when the clutch engages or when I release the clutch in lower gears the engines knocks for a while. Could anyone help how to fix this engine knocking please.

Did you find any solution to the knocking sound? I’m facing the same issue and no mechanic seems to understand it.
