Honda D17A1 Engine very poor milage :: how to increase?

Hello my honda Accord with D17A1 Engine is giving me very bad mileage since couple of months.

hardly 8km/liter
on average in 1000rs patrol these days i get exact 60km mileage in total. no matter how i drive, exact on 60 or max 62km car stops. i have checked 4 5 times.

whereas my cousin has same D17A engine, he gets 110km average. or atleast 100km. only difference is my car is Auto transmission and his car is manual.

how to increase average?
oil filter air filter needs to be changed and also oil change is due. what else could be done in order to get optimum mileage. please suggest.
also honda owner share your 1000rs fuel average.

[h=2][/h]When trying diagnosis a engine performance issue, you should start with basic tuning for example for plugs and then get it scanned with OBD scanner.

O2 sensor is not installed.
Engine performance is quite fast, I have removed airbox since beginning. Also there is not any blockage on air intake hole, as normally people block 50% of it. Does it make any difference in fuel average?
Car is not tuned since 4 5 months now, but yes I did a computerised checked where they checked co2 emit and other things. All was fine.

Today checked the car my self. Figured out the Wiring scheme and connected check engine light. Straight away check light and plenty of codes

1.No ELD connected
2.No Primary O2 Connected
3.No Secondary O2 Connected

plus few others.

Wiring needs to be done correctly in order to make it work right
