The oil cooling outlet and inlet seem closed. I think it can work without that. Mudassar also had no oil cooler in his engine.

Is it Boxer 200 or XL/CTX 200 engine? Both look the same but there is a slight difference in magnet cover and Bore x Stroke ratio.

I guess its bore and stroke is 69*57 mm. and Alhamdulillah it is serving me very well.

If its CB 200 then it must be 63x62 (honda tiger) otherwise, 69x53 (thai tiger boxer). But since you have installed rings, I guess you are sure about the bore. In a CB 200, if we install a 69mm piston, we get a Tiger Boxer 250 RS (actually 232 cc). But that's a hell of a performance engine.

yes my bad, It is 69*53 which makes it 198cc.
