Honda Fit(Gp1) jerk problem, when driving it on slow speed

AOA, my honda fit gp1 2011 model has jerk problems when i drive it on slow speed around 20 to 40 km/h the car feels like lacking in power(jerks).
A friend of mine also predicted that it could be CVT issue, plus i recently got transmission oil changed.
Could it be tuning issue? Since 92k kms on odo. Plugs change needed?

Nope. Still does on low Rpms, and avg has also dropped to 9 to 10 within city drive

Have u scanned the car... There might be some error codes.

I did tuning & changed spark plugs, now problem solved.

I got to a mechanic, he said some sensor issue is there. I dont think so its the problem

Yes 8 Plugs. It will cost 7-8k. Average is around 13km/l in city with hard foot & AC. My car is 95000 driven
