Honda Fit HMMF error

My Honda Fit Shuttle 2012 is giving HMMF error sign. I have had this car for 1.5 years and I'm not sure if the transmission oil has been changed before and mileage is about 157,000 kms.

Recently, I took the car for some work. According to the mechanic, the tranmission fluid was a bit low so he added ZIC CVTF. After about 150kms of running, the error started to appear.
Should I get buy the HMMF oil and get it completely changed or is there a possibility that tranmission has been damaged?
