why not burry this confusion forever by having drag b/w fit hybrid and a prius 1.8 ?
i am ready any time any road.just tell me.you know my number and the Fit i drive, and do it in may be next week because after that i am turbo charging my fit,so after that my car wont be stock than.
i should mention that so far i have smooked New honda civic 1.8, 3 times and a CRZ one time.Prado 2.7 one time.other local cars like city 1.5 , corolla 1.6 etc dont even count.CRZ is also heavier than fit.only have lost to a cl9 accord.
so that you know what you are up against ..

Only the New Fit has earth dreams Engine & it's price is round about 2.1-2.2m & The Successor of Fit Shuttle is Just Launched goes by the Name of "Shuttle" with EARTHDREAMs Engine & It's Price isn't soo Low what you've told, It's Just Launched & will have very less depreciation.

Yup you may be right Gp1 vs 1.8 prius will be close,may be on prius side but again you have said ZVW41,that i think is prius Alpha,that is even more havier
When you drive a vtec honda and want to check it acceleration than you must press paddle fully atleast to point when vtec engages(usually 4800 rpm-5800 rpm),that is when true potential is unleashed.when new Gp1 or other vtec honda arrives,do experiment it with full throttle.

Correction, Honda Shuttle Hybrid (they are not calling it 'Fit Shuttle' this time) was released last year, it shares the same platform as the new Fit and Vezel.

My Honda fit shuttle, an excellent car, giving average 20 to 22 km in city, it's a treat to drive this car. So far the only draw back is when your small kids are sitting in trunk location, they are subjected to any hit with seat when you apply break, or even a loose luggage also hit here and there.
