Honda Fit Shuttle GP2 Transmission Oil

Can someone recommend Transmission oil? I have bought a used honda fit GP2 shuttle 2012 model ....the old owner is saying that he has changed it before 2 years but he doesn't remember the mileage, Should i change it now? Which oil i will have yo use?Almost 50000kms driven after i have changed.... Should i change? The car is going fine

all i know is the clutch cost is 3 lacs
and super easy to blow one

Its gp2, the old variant. Gp5 uses dual clutch

@suhaibahmad u can safely use honda cvtf in it, no need to go for the expensive hmmf cans usually fake ones coming in from china

In the GP1 manual somewhere i have read that it uses ATF DW1, is there any difference between the two?

Japanese and other regions use different type of transmission. Confirm if ur is cvt or at

On the transmission oil stick is written , hmmf....

Somebody told me that dont put CVTF but recommended only CVT....is there any difference in CVT and CVTF?

Long story short, Honda Hmmf and honda cvtf, both are same, just different marketing name for different regions. If you want to dwell deeper, research the fluid used by honda city cvt variant in japan and the fluid recommend for same gearbox in other reguons.
Btw i manage a garage in islamabad by name of ignition autos.

As already suggested by everyone, HMMF is just a marketing gimmick in my opinion. CVT is transmission while CVTF means CVT FLUID which is used in this particular transmission. Use Honda genuine CVTF, last time i used it was for 1450rs per liter of oil.

Ok i have googled it but it doesnt show your number ....my car is not opening from the front doors handles from both sides keyless....when i touch the handle, an error shows on the screen that key not detected but it opens from hatchback handle, wat could be the issue? If possible drop ur number

Wat do u suggest that oil should be changed after 50000 kilometers driven , and its giving no issue.... consumption is also very gud....some mechanics say to change it after every 50k kilometers driven and some says if oil is clean then no need to change?

It should be checked at 50000kms and changed at 80000kms. But again find the manual of your vehicle and follow it.

My Fit Shuttle 2013 starts to show a warning to change HMMF after 40,000km.
With my research a few years back when we imported the car in 2016, HMMF was not readily available in Pakistan and the closest transmission fluid to it was Totachi CVTF, so we started to use it. Been using it since.
Come now in 2021, the HHMF is available (in Faisalabad for Rs.9.900/-). Planning to use it the next time because the car is giving jerks while accelerating in slow speeds.
