Not sure about the other codes, but the transmission issues are very common on this chassis for this year.
Honda had recalls for this as well. If you use the search, you will find multiple threads and information about this issue.
My father had a vezel 2014 before I came to pakistan. First, issues Started with an intermittent heat up warning in heavy traffic. He got the transmission and actuator fluid replaced. Shortly after, no gear shifting, no forward motion. Changed the release bearing with a Chinese unit as it lost all its grease and seized up.
3 months later, the Chinese bearing failed as well. Changed it with a Japanese part.
3 months after that, the transmission heat light showed up and car refused to move. Got it towed and found the clutch plates were done for. Had a used gear unit from a 2018 vezel installed.
Seemed to be running fine after that for about 4-5 months, but with other lingering issues like steering rack and AC issues, I told my father to sell it.
I would take your car to an expert mechanic who deals with these vehicles regularly and have them do a thorough inspection to see what's going on.
These dct units are dry clutch units. Not good for our climate and especially the type of city driving here. If we don't change our driving habits, they can heat up real quick.
