Honda freed navigation system and language change

Hope you are reading in good health. I want to ask few questions about HONDA FREED.
1.There is no builtin back camera in my freed. So i have purchased the car camera now i want to install it. Any one can guide how i can install it , any specific person in Lahore who can do this?
Because one mechanic told me that its not possible you have to install new lcd in car then your camera will work.

1. Is there any way to change language from Japanese to English or any person in Lahore who can install new software? any way
   lcd model no is. Gathers VXM-128VSXi.

2. USB and memory card didn't detect by lcd. whereas options are there infect when plugged the mobile with car USB its start getting charging.

If anyone can guide me please start the discussion.

I have Honda FREED 2012 and it is having Gathers vxm-128vs installed in it, the problem is that it is not playing videos that are on USB whereas the videos on the DVD are working perfectly. Could anyone guide me what format is required to play videos via USB. Thanks in advance!

*This Gathers' player also comes in Honda Fit & other Honda cars.
