Asalam u Alikum Fellows ! Since long i am following the freed Topics, but i have observed that mostly owners / potential owners are not taking active part in the owner's club. In the presence of earlier group, i have made this new one in order to attract more members so that we can discuss the details about this beloved MPV.
As i am keeping this car since Sep 2019, i have searched and experianced a lot about this MPV. So i will share whatever i know about this vehicle, and i would urge that more and more ppl should join this group so that maximum experiance and information could be shared among each other.
Honda Freed 2011-2015 comes in 6 and 7 seats configuration. One variant comes with both sliding doors, multimedia steeeing and company fitted 4 speakers which are absent in lower variant, but still the main bare minimum features of lower trim is as follows. P/S , P/W , Auto Centeral locking at speed of 15kmph, Power and retractable side mirrors, CVT gear box, Traction Control, Sports Mode, Auto Headlights, Rear Camera, Auto Rear Viper, 01 Auto sliding door and last bit not the least Cruise Control which works till 110 kmph like other JDMs. I would surely call it "VALUE TO MONEY VEHICLE". Generally the price starts from 22 lac and goes upto 32 lacs depending upon the model, condition and Grade. I would like to give a very responsible statement that like other JDMs, more then 80% Honda freeds available are accidented and rebuilds with AIRBAGS OPEN. however, still the utility it provides is matchless. It has a damn silent n smooth drive.
FUEL CONSUMPTION
I have seen different fuel claims on internet, what my findings are 
City driving @ 50-60 kmph it gives 14-15 kmpl
Long Drive on GT Road with constant 70-80 kmph, it will deliver upto 20 kmpl
Lond drive on motorway @ 110kmph with cruise control, it will give around 15-16 kmpl.
However on Motorway if you will keep the speed at 120 kmph, it will deliver 13-13.5 kmpl.
(The above all mileages are with ECO MODE and Air Con, There is mimimal differanve with AC and without AC)
AIR CON PERFORMANCE
The Air Con is a down side and is just GOOD, its not something excellent or extra ordinary being a huge body with only 4 AC vents. It should have been dual Zone AC, as in case of Honda freed available in Malaysia and Thailand.
PICK UP AND BRAKES
Start The car, OFF the ECO, OFF the Air Con, PRESS THE "S" Button on the Gear knon and its fast like anything. Brakes are equally good.
OVERALL COMFORT
The overall driving experiance is great, double level dash board, digital instrument cluster, Gearknob Position, Huge Wind screen and Arm Rests give an impression of a cockpit and you are good to go anywhere, Rear reclininhgseats add to the pleasure of journey and sitting comfort. I personally like 6 seater configuration freed and bought after a lot of search, the execitive look and feel of rear seats which are officially known as KING AND QUEEN SEATS are matchless. The Huge Head room is an added advantage and a sheer pleasure.
