It totally depends on you needs, do you want rough and tough, do you want resale, do you want cheaper maintenance, do you want better fuel economy , do you better features.
Its different for every one

Yes, kindly describe ur requirements from the car. Preferences & likes etc.

For example my usage is hardly ever more than 15 kms a day, so fuel efficiency is not priority rather rigidity & space matter much more to me.

Bro, Grace "Sedan" category mein aati hai, whereas "Aqua" is a hatchback.

Being Sedan; Grace ki suspension achi hai, however, Aqua has better resale, its a bit rough and tough being Toyota Badge, has better market value, fuel efficiency, easy and cheap availability of parts as well as spares (although spares are a bit expensive, but are available at least), maintenance is a bit cheap and easy (mechanics ko ub isski kuj na kuj samajh aani shuru ho hi gyi hai). Grace mein aapko ye sub Aqua walay pros nai milein gey.

Being market ki gari, if I had to choose between these 02, I would definitely go for Aqua. Rest, all depends on you; your budget, needs and requirements, and ultimate choice will be yours.

Thanks for reply,I’m more concern about drive pleasure and comfort like suspension and etc.i have also heard that grace has the same engine as Honda vezel is it right..?

So aqua has way way way better fabric seats in my opinion they are just so comfortable but the ride is more stable and smooth of Grace. As grace is a larger sedan and aqua is small hatchback, aqua is like bumpy. not harsh wala bumpy but gaari upar neechay hoti hai owing to its lower weight while Grace being a sedan is more planted on the road,
As for the engine both cars have a L15B engine that is exactly the same but in RU3 Vezel onward the engine was tweaked and changed a little due to multiple issues with the transmission and jerky shifting from EV to petrol .
My advice if you dont need a big sedan go for aqua. Cheaper and more readily available parts. Toyota's Hybrid is way way better than Honda's .

hhonda is not successful in hybrid...and they dont give milleage like corola hybrid provide..
