Is this better car or any type of issue in it like clutch or gear or battery

Bro, Honda Grace is not recommended, especially in 27 Lac. Secondly, it is not that "market ki gari"
In this much price, many other options are there (if you are interested) and I would advice a brand new local vehicle, if you intend to spare 2.7 million PKR.
Zero meter car, is zero meter (whether someone likes it or not).
Haven't heard regarding it much, so nothing can be said regarding its issues / parts.

Even if you like the new city 1000 times. Grace is not a wise decision beyond 22 lacks.

For 27 lack you can get a slightly used 2017 Corolla Altis of even a civic or maybe even a Honda Vezel if you want a hybrid only.
