PUBLIC WARNING: DO NOT TRUST Atlas Honda Pakistan
I’m sharing this post to warn anyone planning to buy a car from Honda Downtown Rawalpindi. I’ve had TWO terrible experiences with them, and it’s clear they do not care about quality or customer satisfaction once they’ve made the sale.

First Experience – 2023 (Honda HR-V)
In 2023, I bought a Honda HR-V from this same dealership. Just after driving 1,500 km, the windshield developed a large crack — with no external damage or impact.
When I approached the dealership, I was shocked by their response:
️ They refused to accept it as a manufacturing defect
️ Charged me Rs. 100,000 to replace the windshield out of my own pocket
️ Zero accountability or support
I let it go, thinking it was a one-time issue. Big mistake.

Second Experience – 2025 (Honda HR-V E-HEV)
On 31st July 2025, I received delivery of my brand-new Honda HR-V E-HEV, and once again, it’s been a disaster from day one.
Here are the issues I’m facing straight from the showroom:
Alignment issues – car doesn’t drive straight
Multiple paint defects – visible across the body
Doors don’t close properly – clear quality control failure
When I reported these problems to the dealership, they casually said:
“Honda has paint issues, and you should compromise.”
Excuse me?! I paid full price for a brand-new car — not a defective unit I should “compromise” on.
️ They’re refusing to take responsibility once again.
️ No resolution, no urgency, just blame-shifting.
They are refusing to acknowledge their fault or provide any proper support. This isn’t just bad service—it’s completely unacceptable.
If you care about your money, your peace of mind, and the quality of your vehicle—stay far away from Honda Downtown Rawalpindi. They’ll take your money and disappear when issues arise.
Honda Pakistan seriously needs to review how this dealership is tarnishing the reputation.
