Honda N Box G Turbo SS 660 Turbo Low fuel average

I recently purchased a Honda N box Turbo 2014 model. 80K driven.
Its a G turbo SS package.
I did its basic tunning, throttle, fuel filter, plugs cleaning, catalytic converter was clean, etc.
But its giving an average of 13KM/L to 13.5KM/L in local and long.
I have driven the car around 2500KM, it doesn't reduce any engine oil or coolant.
I need suggestions what can be done to improve its average?

What oil grade is used? 0w20 or 5w30 is recommended.

kei turbo variants are alot of fun to drive BUT
give lesser fuel avg

This fuel average seems pretty much ok with turbo.
because when turbo kicks in, it pushes engine for faster performance.
also this is mini van type vehicle.

5W30. Poured in recently.

If it's not burning oil then 0w20 is best.

So just an update. My brother bought the car 2 months ago. We did got it completely tuned, oil changed, fuel pump cleaned, catalytic cleaning, throttle cleaned but still it was giving 12.5 to 13 average max.
Took it to another tuning center in Peshawar. Got it tuned again, but this time the electrician checked it on scanner. He said for normal usage the plugs are completely okay. But for better fuel average you need to change these plugs. Some ratio of reading was not correct on the scanner. Then he checked the resistance ( just connected them with a meter)of the plugs.
Changed the plugs.
The original were double tip iridium plugs. Kept the original plugs too.
Changed to single tip iridium plugs. Costed 10500 just for plugs. Now the fuel average is 15 in local with heavy foot.
