HONDA POINT, Airport road, lahore

I had the esteem honour of visiting honda point or honda airport motors lahore a few days back.
I only had humble ambitions of changing oil filter, oil and auto transmission oil of my meager ride honda city 2011 a/t.
On approching the gate the gaurd asked me, sir, kya kam hai?....to which i answered, oil change karwana hai!...the gaurd replied..sir ge oil tu short hai,aap oil bahir se lee ain tu yahan change ho jae ga.Thinking that the gaurd could be a humble guy like me i decided to go in and ask.
Inside i was pointed to the customer service official sitting in a glass room on a computer. i said to him that i wanted to get my cars oil, oil filter and a/t fluid changed..........answer sir we r short of oil, but if u can get it from outside we will gladely change it.
Taken aback on the fact that the gaurd was right, i asked ok then change my a/t oil....ok was the answer and we proceeded to the workshop.
While there i noticed that the sheet under the engine was missing, so i said can u change it...answer both sheets are short.....i asked for a replacement glove box.....answer not available,....asked for a side veiw mirror power button assembly.......answer..dont have it.........asked for any rims or mats of city......answer dont keep them........asked for oil filter so that i could change the oil from outside....ans...short hai sir......asked for a few parts for civic.....didnt have any of them............while waiting for my fluid change i saw a add about in cabin air filter......i scaredly asked the guy do u at least have this?.......to my glad delight they did have it and i eagerly said ill take it.....they obliged...
I then asked about the gps navigation for city, answer sir advance deposit kar ke 4-6 days mein aa jai ga!!!
All they had were a collection of mothers prooduct and car shampoo which i bought from hyperstar for 385 was sold for 500.
So to cut this long story short......i paid 3000 for a/t oil, 1000 for cabin filter, 300 for labour charges and left thinking that did i visit a 3s dealer or did i have a JDM car whose parts are hard to find.....on my way back a 50x 4o oil shop had honda oil in abundance.....

Moral.....if u r a humble guy like me dont go to honda airport

My friend bought civic vti oriel pros from honda point. its driven around 40,000km and maintained from there from day one. faced NO problem.

In short it was just a bad time.

I never had any parts problem for my 1999 civic vti auto at Honda North Peshawar, and neither had ay problem at honda fort lahore, so in my opinion you visited at a bad time

My previous cars were maitained at honda city sales and never had problems.this is a relatively new 3s dealer and first time visit there. My cousin had similar problem but whatever may be, oil and oil filter should never be short......

Two more things 1st time i visited them it was 1.30 and the gaurd said break time is till 2.00pm, i then went at 2.00 next day to know actual break time is 1.30 to 2.30. I deceided to call before going and called them on april 30th to inquire 1 may ko open ho go.....operator said yes.....went on may 1st and the gaurd said evening notification for off day aya tha.....maybe my luck doesnt want me to go to this 3s point..

Yar i live in dha and this is the nearest 3s. Due to construction of flyovers honda city sales is chocked during 1-3 pm. Going honda pit shop cavalry tomm InshAllah

^^ I fully agree with every single word that you have writted about Honda Point, Lahore.

They are just a bunch of suckers, who don't know how to treat their customers. Even corporate clients are unhappy with their services.

Honda Fort is the best of all Honda 3S Dealerships in Lhr.

Jus a random question i would like to ask here if poster dont mind(H). Do all these 3s dealerships offer general checkup (exterior,interior,engine,suspension) for the used cars. Like if i am going to buy a used car, can i just take it to any 3s for detailed inspection? If somebody can tell the charges too

Yes they do thats why they r called 3s......rates are according to the work needed.......even seen toyotas being painted and repaired there.....

The owner of Honda point is the personal architect of mian Saab, he is also building ashiyana housing scheme with the partnership of general sb. Has a 10 canal house near airport, owns range, merc, crv, BMW n don't know what not. Moral of the story, he does not care about Honda point as it happens to be his part time stuff or in other words time pass stuff. If any of you guys have a chance of visiting the site above the showroom, you will surely be amazed by the number of offices and the amount of people working inside those premises
