Honda Pridor 2018 Model Top Speed

I puchase honda pridor 2018 model and completed 4500Km but issue with this bike is not crossing the 83Km/hour speed also in my view fuel average is not good , gives fuel average in between 46~42Km....
Your expert advise needed....

You are right my pridor is also not giving good mileage only 30 km/L and take time to go fast
When i use 70cc chinese bike and give accelator it go like rocket but pridor take time to pick speed
Now a days honda company are not solving their problems.

Have you gotten your bike tuned?? Did you check the top speed before tunning?? Top speed of Pridor is 85-90km/h, Patrol if average at speed above 60km/h like 70km/h would come around 42-46km/lt.

top speed after tuning...as far before tuning not rember exatcly but close to this i think 80

Thats little bit slower normally you can always expect 85km/h from Pridor and with less opposing winds it does 90-92km/h quite easily. If there is another good mechanic try him Honda or any good mechanic but don't ask them to alter just request them to check tappet & carburetor fuel mixture settings. Finding an good mechanic is big difficult task who understands how to properly tune bike. Pridor tappets has to be kept little bit tighter compare to CG. But not too tight, wrong tappet, air mixture & choke air filter results in poor performance of bike. Bike feels heavy sluggish in running when bike is in good mode you would feel it responding to your throttle very nicely feel light & smooth.

Many times it's upto mechanic how he tuned bike. My cd 100 same pridor engine giving 55 to 57 kmpl mixed city driving. You can say half on economy speed. Second thing accleration wise yes it's not so fast in accleration reason is it's weight. Third thing Top speed is 97km per hour. But agr petrol kam khanay pe setting krae ho then 85 km per hour top speed.
Pridor aka cd 100 best bike in all bikes of ahl.

Salam. I know this post was about the 2018 model but since its at the top of Google's search result even today, I'll add this here: My 2024 Pridor gives me a top speed of 100 KM/H. You read that right. I can reach 100 km/h no problem. It might go faster than that but at those speeds, i recommend not looking at the meter and focussing on the road. But it reaches 100 thats for sure.

Check all this stuff:
1. Air filter should be clean
2. Carbeurator jets should be clean and air fuel mixture should be set perfectly (not too lean slightly rich is good for speed)
3. Spark plug should be oem ngk and spark plug gap shocks be within spec.
4. Tappets should be properly adjusted using feeler gauge (local mechanic don't use feeler gauge).

Minor things (use thinner oil 10w30 , use iridium spark plug, clean and lube your chain)
